3View™– 3D Microscopy in the SEM

The 3View provides automated acquisition of 3D ultrastructure by sequentially imaging the freshly cut, resin embedded block face. The system consist of a specially designed in situ ultra-microtome, stage and imaging system that operate within a Variable Pressure Field Emission SEM. Contact Gatan.
