Media Cybernetics announces the release of Image-Pro Plus Version 6.2 scientific image processing and analysis software. This new release offers the ability to remove haze from image stacks with the built-in SharpStack image deconvolution tools in addition to enhanced file format support.

Image-Pro Plus 6.2 users can restore details to their datasets with the built-in SharpStack image deconvolution tools. These built-in tools include real-time 2D deconvolution, Nearest Neighbor and No-Neighbor deconvolution and the Inverse Filter algorithm. The SharpStack deconvolution algorithms, previously available as an add-on module, allow Image-Pro Plus users to remove blur and haze from image stacks for more detailed analysis.

In addition to support for Windows XP x64, Image-Pro Plus 6.2 offers improved file handling capabilities for DeltaVision (DV) files, Leica LEI files, Zeiss LSM files, Perkin Elmer TIM files, and InVivo QRS, EXP, and QCL files.
